Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Manager of Datacenter Services Sales to lead a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects and drive growth in services across existing and new accounts.

The role focuses on developing sales strategies, mentoring high-performing teams, and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional resources to expand SHI's Datacenter Services business. A strong track record in consultative IT services sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.
• Experience selling Datacenter Services, including assessments, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities and achieve services sales targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team through hiring and training.
• Coach and mentor a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects and oversee performance.
• Drive territory growth through campaigns and sales motions.
• Develop and execute services sales strategies to grow business within existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Partner with Field Alliance to strengthen relationships with Tier 1 partners.
• Forecast pipeline and maintain accurate revenue projections.
