Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a seasoned Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead all services sales activities, develop a high-performing presales Solutions Architect team, and drive growth across existing accounts while acquiring new customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to achieve targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team through recruiting and training.
• Oversee team performance and develop customer opportunities within accounts and new customers.
• Drive pipeline growth and sales campaigns to expand services opportunities.
• Engage cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and support pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting, owning relationships with key customers.
