Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead all services sales activities, coach a team of presales Architects, and expand the datacenter services business. You will drive strategy, partner engagement, and forecast accuracy while growing new and existing accounts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management, and 5+ years selling IT services. This is a remote US position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.
• Experience selling Datacenter Services, including assessments, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities with a focus on achieving Services sales targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team through recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Coach and mentor a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects while overseeing performance.
• Execute sales motions and campaigns that drive territory growth and expand services opportunities.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations and solution discussions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
