Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead all services sales activities and drive growth within existing accounts and new customers. You will manage a team of presales Datacenter Solutions Architects and shape sales strategy across the Datacenter Services portfolio.

The role reports to the Director of Datacenter Services and requires a proven, enterprise IT services sales background and ability to develop high-performing teams and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.
• Experience selling Datacenter Services, including assessments, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to achieve targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects.
• Execute sales motions and campaigns to drive territory growth.
• Develop and execute services sales strategies to grow business within existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Engage with partners to strengthen relationships with Tier 1 datacenter partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Own relationships and growth strategies for key customers.
