Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead service sales efforts, guide a presales solutions-architecture team, and expand SHI's Datacenter Services within existing accounts while acquiring new customers.

Reporting to the Director of Datacenter Services, you will drive strategy, pipeline growth, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue. The role requires strong leadership, consultative sales expertise, and a track record of meeting sales quotas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.
• Experience selling Datacenter Services, including assessments, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure modernization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to achieve targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team.
• Coach and mentor a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects.
• Execute sales motions and campaigns to drive territory growth.
• Develop and deliver services sales strategies to grow within existing accounts and win new customers.
• Partner with Field Alliance to build relationships with Tier 1 datacenter partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Own relationships and growth strategies for key customers.
