Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead all services sales activities, develop a high-performing Datacenter Solutions Architecture team, and expand new and existing account opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Datacenter Services, you will shape sales strategy, drive pipeline growth, engage with Tier 1 partners, and deliver customer-focused presentations. This is a remote, full-time role with ample opportunity for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.
• Experience selling Datacenter Services, including assessments, migrations, deployments, and modernization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to achieve targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team via recruiting and training.
• Coach and mentor a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects.
• Execute campaigns to drive territory growth and expand services opportunities.
• Develop and implement services sales strategies for existing and new customers.
• Partner with Field Alliance to strengthen Tier 1 datacenter relationships.
