Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead all services sales activities, guiding a team of presales Datacenter Solutions Architects and driving growth within existing accounts while acquiring new customers.

Reporting to the Director of Datacenter Services, the role focuses on sales strategy, partner engagement, pipeline growth, and cross-functional collaboration to expand SHI's Datacenter Services business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to meet targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team.
• Oversee team performance and pipeline management.
• Develop and execute services sales strategies to grow within existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Engage with Tier 1 datacenter partners to strengthen relationships.
