Job summary

HMS Networks, a leader in building automation and Intesis gateway solutions, seeks a Business Development Manager to expand our Datacenter solutions across the US. This remote role (East Coast preferred) focuses on identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating with product, sales and technical teams.

Ideal candidates bring datacenter sector experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and an proactive, international mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration or similar preferred.
• Extensive expertise in the datacenter sector, including a deep understanding of industry standards and technologies.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and used to work in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Datacenter market segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Define go-to-market strategy to ensure commercial success.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and technical teams to execute market expansion strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide business development strategies.
• Define and shape our business model and value proposition for the datacenter market.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Drive company growth and maximize revenue generation.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
• Keep CRM data updated to ensure clear pipeline tracking and accurate forecasts.
