Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking a Data & Systems Reporting Analyst to build and maintain data systems, run recurring and ad hoc reports, and ensure data accuracy across projects. You will develop reliable data tools and support implementation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement to benefit children, families, providers, and public partners.

You will work remotely, collaborating with project teams and leadership, funders, and external partners, leveraging platforms like QuickBase,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years building/maintaining data systems, reports, dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of data, reporting, or database tools; ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work remotely with ET hours and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Data Systems Development & Integration: build/modify databases, systems, workflows, automations, surveys, and dashboards.
• Translate requirements into data structures, validation rules, and user-friendly reporting tools.
• Support data integration and reconciliation across platforms.
• Prepare data for analysis, reporting, and QA reviews.
