Job summary

First Children’s Finance seeks a Child Care Systems Analyst to support analyses informing ECE systems change. You will design and execute data collection, analyze policies and funding trends, and produce user‑friendly reports for state, tribal, and municipal clients.

Remote work is available with occasional travel; the role emphasizes learning, equity, and capacity-building within a national team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with research, document review, and data collection.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse adult populations and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection and analysis for state and local clients.
• Create reports, charts, and dashboards following guidelines.
• Support program evaluations and client communications.
• Collaborate with national systems team to improve programs.
