Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4+ years analytics experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9+ years analytics experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for information strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems; ability to take a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and related tools.
• Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence.
• Experience leading functional teams and projects.
• Proficiency with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, etc.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create reports, insights and analytics to support the division.
• Develop specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
• Consult with users and lead cross-functional teams to address division issues.
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Interface between business and divisional data teams to build actionable tools.
• Build relationships with customers and deepen understanding of the division's data.
• Analyze complex business problems using data to provide insights for decision makers.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to guide actions.
