Partners In Health is seeking an entry-level Coordinator, Information Systems & Analytics. The role supports maintenance of data, reports, and systems while learning from team members across departments and geographies to improve data access and decision-making.

The position offers flexible work options—Boston office, remote within the U.S., or hybrid—with 5% travel. Candidates should be able to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience in business, IT, data or similar fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and create documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data warehouse or data visualization tools.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments and countries.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting for operational systems (e.g., Serenic NAV, Vena, Jet Reports, Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude, MS Copilot, Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Support training efforts and help plan, run sessions, and draft user guides and manuals.
• Assist in implementing PIH’s data warehousing strategy and manage data permissions.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Jet Reports for various teams.
• Help evaluate and improve processes across the organization using multiple applications.
