Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating assignments and supporting team-based projects.
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Master's degree or graduate coursework in a related field is an advantage.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals and workflow coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and protect confidential information.
• Willingness to learn SharePoint and other project tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate healthcare analytics projects through their lifecycle.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and improvement opportunities; support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners; organize meetings and track action items.
• Prepare and manage project deliverables and maintain records in SharePoint.
• Conduct literature research and summarize findings to support reports.
• Assist with compiling and presenting project data and ensuring accuracy.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and safeguarding confidential information.
