Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a strong data analytics background to work across business and technical teams from a remote/hybrid environment in the United States. You will translate business objectives into technical requirements, analyze data, and support automation and data integration initiatives.

You will gather requirements, develop SQL queries, create reports, and mentor junior analysts while helping optimize systems and processes aligned with organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year Level I experience or 3+ years Level II/III experience in business administration, CS, accounting, or MIS.
• Strong SQL and T-SQL skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of PowerOn, VB.NET, and VBScript is advantageous for senior levels.
• Understanding of data architecture, DB hardware and software, and data retrieval methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, financial, and operational processes to identify system improvements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop SQL queries and generate reports to support decisions.
• Investigate system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Design and implement business systems and technology enhancements.
