APV is seeking a Data Analyst to support a national federal technical assistance program focused on integrating digital health tools and AI-enabled workflows into chronic disease prevention and management.

You will collect, analyze, and report program data, implement evaluation activities, and develop insights to drive program improvements across the contract lifecycle, while ensuring HIPAA compliance in a fully remote team environment.

Formación

• Minimum two (2) years of experience analyzing data for public health, healthcare, or federal health programs.
• Proficiency in SAS, Stata, R, SPSS, and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience designing and analyzing surveys (Qualtrics, REDCap, SurveyMonkey).
• Experience with qualitative analysis (NVivo, Dedoose).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and secure handling of protected health information.
• Strong technical writing; ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and analysis of the Integrated Technology Readiness and Needs Assessment.
• Support evaluation instruments and data collection activities (surveys, templates, data submissions).
• Collect, clean, manage, and maintain data from assessments, LMS, webinars, and engagement activities.
• Manage data submission and follow-up with health centers; monitor reporting compliance.
• Conduct quantitative analyses of participation, engagement, and outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting materials for evaluations.
