Resolve to Save Lives seeks a Senior Technical Advisor for Data Use and Decision Science. This fully remote role partners with in-country teams to translate complex epidemiological data into actionable public health decisions, building capacity through mentorship and hands-on training in DHIS2, EMS, and R/R Markdown.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in public health, epidemiology, informatics, or statistics; PhD a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in infectious disease surveillance and analytics or related fields.
• Experience designing and delivering capacity-building training programs for public health professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Support epidemic intelligence activities informing decision-making with data use products.
• Collaborate with in-country counterparts to map data systems and identify priorities for Collaborative Surveillance.
• Provide hands-on mentorship and transfer skills for sustainable capacity in-country.
• Train in-country teams on digital tools such as DHIS2, Emergency Management Systems (EMS), R and R Markdown, GIS.
