Job summary

SHI International Corp is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Data Security to act as a customer-facing cybersecurity expert. You will deliver consultative security services, build new offerings, and support sales with technical expertise.

This remote role requires residence in the West region of the United States to meet business needs. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security teams, stay current on market trends, and help create SOWs and collateral to drive secure solutions for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
Advanced certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or related certifications preferred.
Travel to client locations up to 20% for meetings, internal engagements, or conferences.
Extended hours required to complete some projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Engineers and procurement to strengthen client relationships and understand goals.
Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through training.
Stay current on technology trends and industry landscape.
Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
Scope and assist in SOW creation for professional services aligned to recommended products.
