Proofpoint is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to drive successful service delivery for top accounts. You will translate client requirements into technical plans and coordinate with Delivery, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer success, collaboration with sales, and clear communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT consulting and strong DLP/data-security experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with data security concepts including Insider Threat, DLP, and DSPM.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to work across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results.
• English proficiency for technical and non-technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly scope engagements by assessing client operations and requirements.
• Provide strategic program design solutions to identify, protect, monitor, and manage data and people.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address concerns and escalations.
• Partner with the sales organization to align client needs with outcomes and satisfaction.
• Present updates to management highlighting risks and proposed solutions.
