Qualifications

• 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Data Security Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, DSPM, and/or ITD concepts.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.
• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Scope engagements by assessing the client’s operations and business processes, gathering key requirements, and recommending improvements.
• Provide strategic program design solutions to identify, protect, monitor, and manage data and people.
• Collaborate with broader teams (Support, Engineering, Product) to address customer concerns and manage escalations.
• Work with sales to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
• Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
