Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT consulting and strong communication, with experience across endpoint, cloud, and identity security concepts. This role offers a flexible work environment and opportunities to influence top accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years of IT consulting or related fields.
• Clear and effective written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with non-technical managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and defining requirements.
• Provide strategic program design to identify, protect, monitor, and manage data.
• Coordinate with Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address concerns.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure customer needs and satisfaction.
• Present updates to management on risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.
