Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to develop new services, implement best practices, and assist in customer escalations. The ideal candidate will ensure successful service delivery and customer success, including third-party DLP solutions, to support migrating legacy systems to Proofpoint’s Data Security Posture Platform.

You will collaborate with technical resources, analysts, sponsors, and executives to provide excellent service delivery and communication, including

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles delivering IT or cybersecurity services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data-security solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with executives and sponsors.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service excellence.
• English proficiency required for technical and non-technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and requirements; recommend improvements to Proofpoint technologies.
• Provide strategic program design to identify, protect, monitor, and manage data and people.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address concerns and manage escalations.
• Partner with sales to ensure client needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
• Present risk updates and proposed solutions to management.
