Maximus is hiring a remote Analyst to support a federal program in a consolidated contact center environment handling interactions for multiple federal agencies. You will build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to operational leaders, delivering daily reports directly to the client, and performing ad hoc analyses of trends and data.

This is a fully remote role. Position is contingent upon contract award and must pass a federal background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• US Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience in a call center environment.
• Experience with Power Platform and MicroStrategy preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• DB administration, data consolidation, analysis, and management reporting.
• Design reports based on requester requirements to support business strategies.
• Perform data queries, extraction, and analysis for reporting solutions.
• Monitor usage, upgrades, and reporting tools; ensure security of components.
• Create user guides and train users on database reports as needed.
