Maximus is seeking a remote Analyst to support a federal program in a consolidated contact center environment. You will build reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to operational leaders and deliver daily reports to the client, while performing ad hoc analyses of trends and data.

This fully remote position requires US residency, the ability to pass a federal background check, and the capacity to work with tools like Power Platform, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience
• US Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance
• 2+ years of data analytics experience in a call center environment
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
• Experience with MicroStrategy preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting
• Design database reports based on requester requirements
• Perform queries, data extraction, manipulation and analysis for reporting solutions
• Monitor usage, upgrades, and security of reporting tools
• Create user guides and train on database reports
