Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analytics experience in a call center environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and MicroStrategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and consolidate data reports to support key business strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and ad hoc analyses for operational leaders.
• Perform queries, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis for reporting solutions.
• Monitor reporting tools and ensure data security across components.
• Develop user guides and provide training on database reports as needed.
