Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Data Protection to lead and scale a team of Specialist Account Executives focused on DP, BC, DR, and CR solutions. This remote role requires 5+ years in data protection, 3+ years in sales leadership, and experience selling to Federal clients.

You will drive regional growth, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal customer value and revenue results across a large geographic area.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Protection and Cyber Resilience.
Minimum of 3 years of Sales Leadership Experience in Enterprise Software or related field.
Experience selling to SLED and Federal clients required.
Demonstrated history of exceeding quota objectives.
Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations to create leverage and scale.

Responsibilities

Drive regional revenue targets for Data Protection & Cyber Resilience portfolio.
Deliver accurate, data-driven quarterly forecasts in Salesforce.
Recruit, coach and manage a team of Specialist Account Executives.
Collaborate with internal teams to create scale and leverage across the organization.
Build relationships with Channel and Alliance partners to extend reach.
