Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Data Protection to lead a team of Specialist Account Executives across DP/BC/DR/CR. You’ll drive growth, coach top talent, and navigate enterprise negotiations with a player-coach approach.

This remote, travel-heavy role covers a large geographic region in the U.S., requires at least 5 years in data protection/cyber resilience and 3 years in sales leadership, with experience selling to federal clients and complex enterprises.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Data Protection and Cyber Resilience space.
• Minimum of 3 years of Sales Leadership Experience in Enterprise Software or a closely related field.
• Experience selling to SLED and Federal clients required.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding quota objectives.
• Experience selling to a multitude of industries and verticals is highly desirable.
• Strong relationships in VAR/Reseller/Managed Provider ecosystem.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern hybrid cloud infrastructure and the integration of data protection and cyber resilience technologies.
• Cybersecurity knowledge and experience are a big plus.
• Ability to demonstrate selling value solutions with proven methodology (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management Preferred.)
• Ability to navigate large, highly matrixed organizations to create leverage and scale is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue targets for the Data Protection & Cyber Resilience portfolio.
• Deliver quarterly forecasts in Salesforce and manage key programs for growth.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Specialist Account Executives; conduct regular reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Channel/Alliance partners to extend reach and leverage.
