Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Leader on the Data team to define strategy and drive end-to-end execution for high-impact data products across Clinical and Commercial domains. You will lead a cross-functional squad of data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and operations managers to deliver scalable pipelines and APIs.

The role emphasizes GenAI innovation, data quality, and strong collaboration with software product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management and leadership.
• Proven data-centric product management experience (data pipelines, analytics, APIs).
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to boost speed and data quality.
• Ability to dive into operational details while maintaining strategic focus.
• Proven ability to rally cross-functional technical teams around a unified outcome.
• Fast learner with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the roadmap for data products serving internal teams and external customers.
• Lead multi-disciplinary squads from 10 to 100 FTEs toward a shared product vision.
• Establish success metrics, quality frameworks, and production-ready features.
• Apply GenAI and human-in-the-loop data curation to improve products and tooling.
• Collaborate with software product and engineering teams to align roadmaps and user needs.
