Job summary

Veeva Systems in the United States is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to own data systems and measurement analyses at the intersection of products, customers, and strategy. You will surface insights with the product team and enable customized analyses for clients to drive product evolution.

You will architect, build, and scale a modern data platform, partnering with engineering, client services, and implementation teams to deliver AI-ready analytics at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL / Python and data modeling.
• 10+ years in data science/analytics or data engineering, with a leadership role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Modern Data Architecture & Engineering: upgrade data architecture to be AI-ready and accessible.
• Customer Data Integrations: guide data integrations with customer systems.
• Product Analyses: enhance analytics and measurement insights with the product team.
• Custom Analyses: deliver client-specific analyses with client services.
• Leadership & Team Mentorship: direct and grow data analysts and data engineers.
