Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Leader for the Data team to define the strategy and drive end-to-end execution of data products across Clinical and Commercial domains. You will lead a cross-functional squad of data engineers, scientists, and operations managers to deliver high-quality data pipelines, APIs, and tools.

You'll apply GenAI and traditional technologies to ensure data quality and operational efficiency, partnering with Software Product and Engineering to align roadmaps and measure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated data-centric product management (pipelines, analytics, APIs).
• Proven AI and automation mindset to boost speed and data quality.
• Ability to dive into operational details with strategic view.
• Experience rallying cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the roadmap for data products serving internal teams and external customers.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams toward a shared product vision.
• Establish success metrics and QA frameworks; deploy features to production.
• Apply GenAI, and human-in-the-loop data curation, analytics, and software applications.
• Engage users and stakeholders; align roadmaps with core software product and engineering teams.
