You will guide data curation efforts, collaborate across Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science, and drive process improvements while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Data Operations team of ~5 members and coordinate with product teams.
• Represent Data Operations in cross-functional product teams with PM, Data Eng, and Data Science.
• Drive data-driven process improvements and perform hands-on data analysis.
• Foster strong team culture, accountability, and fast execution in a multi-cultural environment.
