Job summary

EVB is seeking a Data Partnerships Manager (Contractor) to identify, engage, and close partnerships for workflow data used in AI training and evaluation. You will own the end-to-end process—from sourcing to onboarding—while navigating privacy, security, and data ownership discussions.

You will build relationships with founders and senior leaders, design partnership structures, and negotiate terms in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B partnerships or complex deals.
• Comfortable discussing privacy, security, confidentiality, and data ownership with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage companies with valuable workflow data for AI training and evaluation.
• Build relationships with founders, executives, and operations leaders.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business processes and partnership potential.
• Educate partners on how workflow data is used to train/evaluate AI systems.
• Lead conversations on privacy, security, anonymization, data ownership, and compliance.
• Design partnership structures aligning company goals with AI customer needs.
• Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard partners.
• Help develop repeatable acquisition strategies and partnership playbooks.
