Job summary

EVB is seeking a Data Partnerships Manager to identify, engage, and close partnerships with firms contributing workflow data for AI training and evaluation.

You will own the partnership process end-to-end—sourcing companies, discovery conversations, privacy and security discussions, negotiating terms, and onboarding new partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to build scalable programs and develop repeatable acquisition playbooks as the initiative grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BD, Partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B deals.
• Experience communicating with senior decision-makers.
• Comfort with privacy, security, data ownership topics.
• Able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage companies with valuable workflows across industries.
• Build relationships with founders and executives.
• Conduct discovery calls to map business processes and partnership potential.
• Educate partners on using workflow data to train/evaluate AI systems.
• Lead privacy, security, anonymization, data ownership discussions.
• Design partnership structures aligning goals with AI needs.
• Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements.
• Manage a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and data teams to onboard partners.
• Develop repeatable acquisition strategies and playbooks as the program scales.
