Job summary

Achievement Network (ANet) is seeking a Data Insights & Operations Manager to lead how data becomes actionable insights for school and system leaders across the United States. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Partner Insights & Operations, you will shape cross-functional data production, build scalable analytics, and develop the analyst team to deliver precise, impact-driven insights at scale.

The role is exempt, full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with travel about 2 times a year

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with data tools and dashboards across multiple sources.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude.
• Experience in education sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of standardized and partner insights.
• Define content and delivery for partner insights, standardized and custom.
• Ensure clear roles for production and distribution of insights.
• Review data to ensure insights meet intended outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Sales to align data needs.
• Develop tools and QA processes to scale analyst work.
