Job summary

ANet is seeking a Data Insights & Operations Manager to transform data into actionable insights for school and system leaders. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Senior Vice President, Partner Insights & Operations, and focuses on scalable data-to-insight production across teams.

You will lead an analyst team, shape data collection, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to embed measurement. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams and turning data into actionable insights.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and measure outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern data visualization approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of standardized and partner insights.
• Define ownership, access and quality standards for data feeding insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales to reflect measurement needs in systems.
• Manage and develop Data & Insights analysts; build scalable tools and QA routines.
• Pilot AI-driven insights and visualization to scale delivery.
