• Knowledge of statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing and trend analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support business decisions.
• Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to solve data-driven problems.
• Define and track key performance metrics and operational KPIs.
• Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
