Job summary

Insight is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive NetApp data infrastructure opportunities across Commercial, Enterprise, IPS, and Solutions segments. You will bridge Insight's sales organization with NetApp teams, accelerating adoption of core storage solutions, Keystone STaaS, and hybrid cloud offerings.

The role requires managing opportunities, enabling Insight teams, and delivering strategic pipeline growth with a focus on consumption-based and hybrid cloud models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, sales, marketing, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, partner management, or account management in tech.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
• Experience with enterprise storage, data management, or cloud infrastructure preferred.
• Partner-facing or channel management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline development and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple segments and structures.

Responsibilities

• Drive NetApp data infrastructure business plan across segments.
• Serve as SME on NetApp data infrastructure portfolio.
• Identify and qualify new data infrastructure opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-segment collaboration to develop opportunities.
• Design field activities to generate demand and pipeline.
• Coordinate enablement sessions for Insight teams.
• Provide market intelligence and quarterly updates to NetApp.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies leveraging NetApp capabilities.
