Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate data from medical providers, identify leads, and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will determine next steps based on available information and contract/state requirements.

The role requires typing speed, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple formats (paper, fax, electronic) while ensuring QA, confidentiality, and PHI compliance. Remote, US-based home office supported.

Qualifications

• Able to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized and able to follow a systematic process.
• Enter and process large amounts of information quickly with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming documents/data and identify leads and information.
• Enter relevant new information into patient records.
• Synthesize information to determine next steps per contractual/state requirements.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Achieve production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and PHI compliance.
