Job summary

Revecore, a mission-driven company serving hospitals nationwide, seeks an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents, update patient records in AcciClaim, and guide next steps per contracts and state requirements. This remote role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely data handling across paper, fax, and electronic formats.

You will work with internal teams, adapt workflows to client needs, and ensure QA standards are met while maintaining PHI protection and secure home

Qualifications

• Typing 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently with minimal errors.
• Proven reliability, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and what information they need to perform their functions.
• Ability to alter workflow according to client contractual and state requirements.
• Working knowledge of computer systems including the internet and common software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and properly identify leads and other information important to working the event.
• Enter any relevant new incoming information into the patient record.
• Synthesize available information and determine what additional information may be needed and next steps.
• Interact with data across paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Maintain production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Protect confidentiality of information and PHI.
