Job summary

Revecore seeks an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming provider data and identify key information for processing events. You will update patient records in AcciClaim and determine next steps based on contract/state requirements, while maintaining strict confidentiality and PHI controls.

You will interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and QA, and you may handle special projects from time to time.

Qualifications

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Effective communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized and able to follow a systematic workflow.
• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliability, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of MRA departments and information needs.
• Ability to adapt workflow to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and information important to working the event.
• Enter relevant new information into the patient record.
• Synthesize available information to determine additional information needed and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain and protect confidential information and PHI in compliance with law.
• Do not access data outside job duties or disclose PHI.
