Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming data, identify essential information, and update patient records in the AcciClaim system. You will determine next steps based on contractual/state requirements and interact with data across paper, fax, and electronic formats.

The role requires precise data entry, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and PHI protections.

Qualifications

• > The ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• > Effective communication with internal customers.
• > Highly organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing a task.
• > Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently with minimal errors.
• > Proven to be reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• > Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Word Perfect; learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• > Evaluate all incoming documents and data and identify leads and information important to the event.
• > Enter relevant new information into the patient record.
• > Synthesize information and determine additional information needed and next steps.
• > Interact with data in formats including paper, fax, and electronic.
• > Maintain production and QA standards; complete special projects as assigned.
• > Maintain confidentiality and do not access PHI beyond job duties.
