Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents, identify key data, and update patient records in AcciClaim while ensuring compliance with state requirements.

You will handle data in paper, fax, and electronic formats, maintain confidentiality, and perform special projects as needed. A quiet home office and secure internet are required in the United States.

Qualificações

• Typing 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and able to follow a systematic method.
• Enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and data needs.
• Adapt workflow to client contract/state requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Able to switch between big picture and detail perspectives.
• Proficient with internet and MS Office; learn new systems.
• Comfortable using printers, scanners, postage machines and in-house systems.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate incoming documents and data from medical providers and identify key information.
• Enter relevant new information into patient records (AcciClaim).
• Determine next steps based on available information and requirements.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI in accordance with law.
• Do not access confidential data beyond job duties.
