Job summary

Revecore in the United States seeks an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents and update patient records in AcciClaim, determining next steps based on contract or state requirements.

You will enter new information into patient records, synthesize data, and decide what additional information is needed while working with paper, fax, and electronic formats. This remote role demands accuracy and QA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must type 35+ WPM with minimal errors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
• Highly organized and able to follow a systematic method.
• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, dependable, trustworthy, with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and the information they need.
• Adapt workflow to client contractual and state requirements.
• Working knowledge of computer functions including Internet and MS Office; able to learn new systems.
• Comfort with office equipment (printer, scanner, postage machines, scales, mail sorters).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all incoming documents and data and identify leads and information important for the event.
• Enter relevant new information into the patient record.
• Synthesize available information and determine additional information needed and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidential information and PHI in compliance with law.
• Do not access confidential data outside job duties.
