Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to process incoming data for healthcare events and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will identify key information, determine necessary next steps, and handle data from paper, fax, and electronic sources.

The role requires strong data entry skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt workflow to client requirements. Remote position within the United States; the candidate must reside in a U.S.

Qualifications

• Typing at least 35 WPM with accuracy.
• Clear and effective communication with internal customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and methodical task execution.
• Ability to process large volumes of information quickly with minimal errors.
• Reliable, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and required information for functions.
• Ability to adapt workflow to client contracts and state requirements.
• Familiarity with auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchies.
• Comfort with various tech and learning new systems.
• Experience with office tech (printers, scanners, postage, scales).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and other important information for the event.
• Enter relevant data into the patient record accurately.
• Synthesize information to determine additional data needs and next steps.
• Interact with data in formats including paper, fax, and electronic.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI; avoid access to unrelated data.
• Follow policies to prevent disclosure of PHI and comply with regulations.
