You will partner with customers, external colleagues, and stakeholders to maximize software functionality, integration, and change, while providing technical guidance and direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD background clearance.
• 5+ years IT or data management experience including staff leadership and development.
• 5+ years planning, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise apps across platforms.
• 3+ years’ experience in business application design and 5+ years in Master Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering and supporting TriWest business applications.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to maximize software functionality and changes.
• Oversee analysis, design, development, installation, maintenance, and release management of applications.
• Provide technical guidance and direction on architecture, security and best practices.
• Ensure agile methodologies and vendor relationships are aligned with business goals.
• Manage budget planning and cost control for IT initiatives.
