Job summary

The position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD background investigation; remote work options are available for many states, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• US citizenship and ability to receive DoD background clearance.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or data analyst.
• Experience with process flow documentation and design.
• Healthcare environment experience and TRICARE Analyst exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• May lead project teams on moderate scope with strong technical and business understanding.
• Document reporting processes and collaborate with team members.
• Respond quickly to data requests and answer detailed questions on data and trends.
• Explain what reports mean by telling the story behind the data.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain IT solutions to support business processes in line with IT guidelines.
