TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Healthcare Operations Specialist to provide non-clinical support to our healthcare operations teams in a remote-friendly environment, primarily handling data entry and CRM tasks to ensure access to care for the military community.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and collaboration with staff, providers, beneficiaries, and families. It emphasizes HIPAA compliance and high-volume, fast-paced work in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience in medical office, health insurance, or managed care.
• Proficient data entry and ability to navigate multiple IT applications.
• Must be able to obtain favorable DoD background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process tasks in medical management and CRM systems per procedures.
• Assist with program registrations in collaboration with care management and enrollment teams.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for medical management and provider inquiries.
• Conduct outreach to obtain medical documentation and register beneficiaries.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security of PHI/PII.
