TEKsystems is seeking a Project Manager (Data Program) to provide comprehensive project coordination and governance across a large-scale enterprise data program. The role encompasses user adoption initiatives, report migration, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have data-project experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work remotely while coordinating dependencies and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting data-focused programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for enterprise data-related initiatives.
• Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support user adoption and change management efforts for new processes and reporting solutions.
• Facilitate report migration projects and monitor progress against timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Drive cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist with issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as needed.
