Deckers Brands is seeking a Data Domain Manager to lead enterprise data governance within the Product data domain and PLM processes. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to set standards, define ownership, and drive improvements across data quality and lifecycle management.

The role requires strong governance and analytics capabilities, with a focus on transforming data into trusted assets across business processes and technology initiatives. Remote US-based with multi-brand context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience establishing data governance, ownership, and standards.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Experience with product data or PLM systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of metadata, data lineage, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain data strategy, ownership, and prioritization for the Product data domain.
• Establish governance with clear ownership, decision rights, and controls.
• Define critical data elements, standards, and business rules.
• Develop a domain data roadmap and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor data quality metrics and drive remediation and KPIs.
