Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Data Domain Manager to lead governance, quality, and lifecycle management of enterprise data within the Product data domain. You will partner with process owners, data teams, and stakeholders to define ownership, standards, and improvements aligned with PLM and enterprise transformation.

Your focus includes product data governance, metadata stewardship, and data quality measures, with opportunities to expand scope across the enterprise as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience in data governance, data quality, or master data management across a business domain.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data management concepts and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Deckers’ data landscape by leading domain data strategy, ownership, and prioritization.
• Champion data governance with cross-functional stakeholders to establish ownership, accountability, and decision rights.
• Identify and govern critical data elements, set standards and business rules for informed decision making.
• Develop and execute a domain data roadmap to maximize value and enable transformation.
• Improve data quality by defining KPIs and controls and leading root-cause remediation.
