Deckers Brands is seeking a Data Domain Manager to lead governance, quality, and lifecycle management of enterprise data within the Product domain and wider scope. You will partner with business and technology teams to establish ownership, standards, and roadmaps that enable PLM and enterprise transformation.

The role emphasizes data quality, metadata stewardship, and the use of AI/automation to improve outcomes across global, multi-brand operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Certification in Data Governance/MDM preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in data governance, MDM, data stewardship, or enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain data strategy, ownership, and prioritization to drive transformation and value.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish ownership and decision rights.
• Identify critical data elements and define standards and business rules.
• Develop and execute a domain data roadmap to maximize business value.
• Define and monitor data quality dimensions, KPIs, and controls.
• Proactively monitor domain data health and escalate risks.
• Oversee domain metadata, lifecycle, and stewardship responsibilities.
• Translate business needs into governance and technology requirements.
• Support system implementations and data-related integrations.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to improve governance and quality.
